83rd Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting held on 3 March, the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered the Proposal of the Decision on the election of court presidents, submitted by the High Judicial Council, and formulated the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of Public Prosecutor at the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Novi Pazar and Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Lebane.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Petar Petrovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, Nedjo Jovanovic, Jovan Palalic, Biljana Pantic Pilja, Zoltan Pek, Zarko Micin, Dragan Veljkovic, Marko Parezanovic and Marijan Risticevic.
