82nd Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government

At the sitting held on 29 February, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government formulated amendments to the Bill on Ascertaining the Facts about the Status of New-Borns Suspected to Have Gone Missing from Maternity Wards in the Republic of Serbia.


The Committee first ruled to withdraw the amendment it had submitted to Article 14 of the Bill at the previous sitting, and proceeded to submit three amendments to articles 14 and 21 and an amendment to add Chapter IVa after Chapter IV.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Petar Petrovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Doc. Dr Mihailo Jokic, Nedjo Jovanovic, Miletic Mihajlovic, Jovan Palalic, Tatjana Macura, Djordje Komlenski, Zarko Micin, Dr Balint Pasztor, Marko Parezanovic and Stanija Kompirovic.
