81st Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 2 February, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the amendments submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Ministries, Bill on Deposit Insurance, Bill on Bankruptcy and Liquidation of Banks and Insurance Companies, Bill on Deposit Insurance Agency and the Bill amending and modifying the Public Procurement Law, submitted by the Government.
The Committee found all the amendments compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
