At its seventh session, the Board of Inquiry took depositions from two people summoned to testify on circumstances they were aware of relating to the trade of electrical energy as well as financial- and banking-related offences linked to it.
The session, chaired by Aleksandar Vucic, was held on 15 March.
Slobodan Lalovic, Minister of Labour and Employment in the Government of the Republic of Serbia and member of the Board of Directors of EPS, Serbia’s national power generation company, and Stanko Ivanovic, member of the Commission of the Board of Directors of EPS, gave their depositions at the session.
Lalovic and Ivkovic answered questions put to them by the chairman and members of the Board of Inquiry.
The Board continues to sit at 7 p.m. on Tuesday 16 March.
