The Committee found the Bill on the Rights of Users of Temporary Accommodation Social Care Services, Bill on the Loan of the Republic of Serbia with Banca Intesa AD Belgrade for the Financing of the Ruma – Sabac – Loznica Project and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of India to Grant Consent for the Paid Employment of Family Members the Staff of Diplomatic and Consular Representative Offices, all submitted by the Government, to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee members also responded to the Constitutional Court regarding the initiative to launch proceedings to ascertain the constitutionality of the provisions of Article 14, paragraphs 1, 3 and 5, Article 50, paragraph 3, Article 52, Article 53, paragraph 7, Article 143, paragraph 4, Article 147, Article 149, paragraph 1, item 27), Article 152, paragraph 1, item 2a), Article 154, paragraph 1, items 3) and 5) and paragraph 2, item 4), Article 155, paragraph 1, items 3) and 4a), articles 155a, 156, 161, 164 and 165 of the Law on the Serbian Armed Forces (RS Official Gazette No. 116/07, 88/09, 101/10 – state law, 10/15, 88/15 – US, 36/18 and 94/19)
