78th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 26 January, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the two bills on the agenda for the Fourth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2015.
The Committee members unanimously found the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Defence and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Serbian Armed Forces, submitted by the Government, compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
