77th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 6 December 2021, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the bills on the agenda of the 11th Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2021.

The Committee found the Bill amending the Law on Public Service Employees, Bill amending the Law on Salary System of Public Sector Employees, Bill amending the Law on Salaries of Employees of Public Agencies and Other Organizations Founded by the Republic of Serbia, Autonomous Province or Local Self-Government Unit, Bill amending the Law on Salaries of Civil Servants and General Service Employees in Bodies of Autonomous Provinces and Local Self-Government Units, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Patents, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Mongolia on Trade and Economic Cooperation and the Bill on Granting Guarantee of the Republic of Serbia in Favour of Banca Intesa AD Belgrade and Raiffeisen bank a.d. for the Borrowing of Public Company "Srbijagas" Novi Sad under the Loan Agreement to Strengthen Transport Capacities of Gas Pipelines in the Republic of Serbia, all submitted by the Government, to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia:

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Jelena Zaric Kovacevic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Nevena Veinovic, Zeljko Tomic, Olja Petrovic, Luka Kebara, Marko Mladenovic, Dr Ugljesa Mrdic, Dubravka Kralj, Borisav Kovacevic, Dr Balint Pasztor, Toma Fila, Milenko Jovanov, Djordje Todorovic, Milos Terzic and Vuk Mircetic.
