77th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 17 July, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the Bill on Human Cells and Tissues, submitted by the Government, and found it to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee went on to consider the Bill on Human Organ Transplantation, submitted by the Government, and found it to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee members also deliberated on the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Psychoactive Controlled Substances, submitted by the Government, and found it to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee then considered the Bill on the Confirmation of the Additional Protocol between the Republic of Serbia and the International Atomic Energy Agency to the Agreement between the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the International Atomic Energy Agency for the Application of Safeguards in Connection with the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, submitted by the Government, and found it to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Aleksandra Majkic, Vesna Markovic, Nedjo Jovanovic, Srbislav Filipovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Bojan Torbica, Balint Pasztor, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic and Petar Petrovic, as well as representatives of the relevant ministries.
