Chairman of the Administrative Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Bosko Ristic, convened the seventy-first session of the Committee for Wednesday 26 March, beginning at 10 a.
Chairman of the Administrative Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Bosko Ristic, convened the seventy-first session of the Committee for Wednesday 26 March, beginning at 10 a.m. The following agenda was proposed for the session:
1. Proposal of a Decision on Fees for Deputies who had been reprimanded for disciplinary violations at sessions of the Second, Fourth, Sixth and Seventh Regular Sittings, as well as removed from the First Session of the First Regular Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2003;
2. Discussion of a request made by the Presiding Judge of the Fifth Municipal Court in Belgrade on the application of immunity in legal proceedings against the investigating magistrate of the Mladenovac Municipal Court.
