71st Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government

At the sitting held on 4 December, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered the Bill amending the Law on Salaries of Employees of Public Agencies and Other Organizations Founded by the Republic of Serbia, Autonomous Province or Local Self-Government Unit, Bill amending the Law on Salary System of Public Sector Employees, Bill amending the Law on Salaries of Civil Servants and General Service Employees in Bodies of Autonomous Provinces and Local Self-Government Units and the Bill amending the Law on Public Service Employees, submitted by the Government, in detail.

The Government and the Committee accepted none of the four amendments submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Salaries of Employees of Public Agencies and Other Organizations Founded by the Republic of Serbia, Autonomous Province or Local Self-Government Unit or of the four amendments submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Salary System of Public Sector Employees.

The Government and the Committee accepted none of the five amendments submitted to Bill amending the Law on Salaries of Civil Servants and General Service Employees in Bodies of Autonomous Provinces and Local Self-Government Units or of the amendments submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Public Service Employees either.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Petar Petrovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members Marjana Maras, Nedjo Jovanovic, Srbislav Filipovic, Djordje Komlenski, Dr Balint Pasztor, Biljana Pantic Pilja, Dragan Veljkovic and Marko Parezanovic.
