The sixth session of the Committee on Development and International Economic Relations was held on 18 August 2004, and was chaired by Professor Dr Dragor Hiber.

The session saw the start of discussion on the Proposal on the Election of the Chairman and Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
