69th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 22 July, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on State Survey and Cadastre and the Bill on Misdemeanours, in detail.
The Committee members deemed all of the 46 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on State Survey and Cadastre compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia, as well as the amendment the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications had submitted to article 1 of the Bill.
The Committee members deemed all of the 112 amendments submitted to the Bill on Misdemeanours compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, MA Vladimir Cvijan.
