The proposed amendments to the 2019 Assembly Budget were presented by National Assembly Secretary General Srdjan Smiljanic who said that the proposed amendments were drafted based on the needs of the National Assembly and Ministry of Finance memo of 10 September 2019. The amendments concern two classification units: MPs – function 110 covering funds for expenses exceeding the amount allocated by the 2019 Assembly Budget, and functional classification 130 – Support Service – base salary increase of 20,750.35 RSD net with accompanying taxes and fees, starting with salaries for November 2019 for civil servants and employees.
The Committee members accepted the proposed amendments to the 2019 Assembly Budget by majority vote.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dusica Stojkovic, Vladimir Djuric, Dr Dragana Barisic, Stefana Miladinovic, Dr Darko Laketic, Branimir Jovanovic, Momo Colakovic, Veroljub Matic, Milorad Mircic, Vojislav Vujic and Aleksandar Markovic.
