68th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 26 October 2021, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues ascertained the text of the Act to amend the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia in accordance with the opinion received from the Venice Commission and forwarded it to the National Assembly Speaker to be resubmitted to the Venice Commission with a request for a new (urgent) opinion.
