67th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 26 December, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the bills proposed for the agenda of the Twelfth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2014, in principle.

The Committee found the Energy Bill, submitted by the Government, Bill amending the Law on Planning and Construction, submitted by a group of 122 MPs of the Serbian Progressive Party Parliamentary Group, Bill amending the Law on Civil Registry Books, submitted by the Government, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Special Conditions for Registration of Ownership of the Facilities Built without a Building Permit, submitted by a group of 123 MPs of the Serbian Progressive Party Parliamentary Group, and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Framework Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the European Commission on the Arrangements for Implementation of Union Financial Assistance to the Republic of Serbia under the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA II), submitted by the Government, compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
