The Committee deemed the Bill amending and modifying the Republic of Serbia 2013 Budget Law, with its accompanying Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Decision amending and modifying the Republic Pension and Disability Insurance Fund 2013 Financial Plan, Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Decision amending and modifying the Republic Health Insurance Fund 2013 Financial Plan, Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Decision amending and modifying the Fund for Social Insurance of Military Insured 2013 Financial Plan and the Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Decision amending and modifying the National Employment Service 2013 Financial Plan, Bill amending and modifying the Budget System Law and the Bill amending the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee also deemed compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia the Bill on the Assumption of Obligations of Roads of Serbia Public Enterprise toward Joint Stock Companies arising from Unsettled Debts and Transforming Said Obligations into the Public Debt of the Republic of Serbia and the Bill amending the Law on the Assumption of Obligations of Health Care Institutions toward Wholesale Pharmacies arising from Procurement of Medicines and Medical Material and Transforming Said Obligations into the Public Debt of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee also deemed that the Accounting Bill, Auditing Bill and Factoring Bill comply with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee also deemed compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia the Bill on the Confirmation of Annex 1 of the Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement in the Field of Infrastructure between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement amending and modifying the Loan Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Italy for the Realisation of Programme “Assistance loans for small and medium-sized enterprises via the national banking sector and local development support via public utility enterprises”.
At the sitting, the Committee also considered the six amendments submitted to the National Judiciary Reform Strategy Proposal for the period 2013-2018 and declared them compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
