The Committee considered the reports on the reviewed Ombudsman’s 2012 Regular Annual Report, accompanied by the conclusion proposals submitted by the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government, Committee on Human and Minority Rights and Gender Equality, Committee on Labour, Social Issues, Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction and the Committee on the Rights of the Child, the Commissioner for Protection of Equality 2012 Regular Annual Report, accompanied by the conclusion proposals submitted by the Committee on Human and Minority Rights and Gender Equality and the Committee on Labour, Social Issues, Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction, the Report on the implementation of the Law on Free Access to Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection Law in 2012, accompanied by the conclusions proposals of the Culture and Information Committee and the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government, the State Audit Institution 2012 Activity Report, accompanied by the Conclusion Proposal of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending and the Anti-Corruption Agency 2012 Annual Activity Report, accompanied by the Conclusion Proposal of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government. The Committee deemed all the reports compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee went on to consider the National Judiciary Reform Strategy Proposal for the period 2013-2018 and the National Anti-Corruption Strategy Proposal in the Republic of Serbia for the period 2013 to 2018, and deemed them compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee also considered the Proposal of the Decision on the Dismissal and Appointment of a Substitute Member of the Republic Electoral Commission, submitted by the Democratic Party of Serbia – Vojislav Kostunica Parliamentary Group and the Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the Election of Members and Deputy Members of the Committees of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group, declaring them too compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
