Pursuant to Article 199 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, the Committee reviewed the Republic Electoral Commission Decision and certificate of election of MPs Violeta Lutovac and Milan Ljubic, elected from the Electoral List ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – SERBIA IS WINNING, ascertained the veracity of the data, and proposed that the National Assembly, having received the report, note the term of office of the newly-elected MPs.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dusica Stojkovic, Dr Dragana Barisic, Jelena Mijatovic, Stefana Miladinovic, Branimir Jovanovic, Dr Darko Laketic, Momo Colakovic, Milorad Mircic, Petar Petrovic and Aleksandar Markovic.
