62nd Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 8 January, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the decision proposals for the determination of maximum number of full-time employees in 2019 in the support services of the following independent state bodies and organizations: Commission for Protection of Competition, Commissioner for Protection of Equality, Fiscal Council, Ombudsman, Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures, Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection and the Securities Commission.


The sitting was attended by representatives of the submitters who proposed the following:

  • For the Commission for Protection of Competition, the maximum number of full-time employees in 2019 – 58;

  • for the Support Service of the Commissioner for Protection of Equality, the maximum number of full-time employees in 2019 – 60;

  • for the Support Service of the Fiscal Council, the maximum number of full-time employees in 2019 – 9;

  • for the Support Service of the Ombudsman, the maximum number of full-time employees in 2019 – 106;

  • for the Support Service of the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures, the maximum number of full-time employees in 2019 – 54;

  • for the Support Service of the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, the maximum number of full-time employees in 2019 – 94, and

  • for the Securities Commission, the maximum number of full-time employees in 2019 – 46.
Following a brief discussion, the Committee members adopted the decision proposals for the determination of maximum number of full-time employees in 2019 in the support services of the abovementioned independent state bodies and organizations, by majority vote.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dusica Stojkovic, Stefana Miladinovic, Branimir Jovanovic, Vjerica Radeta, Momo Colakovic, Veroljub Matic, Vera Jovanovic, Milorad Mircic, Petar Petrovic, Aleksandar Markovic and Dr Dragana Barisic.
