60th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 30 March, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the amendments submitted to the Bill on National Qualifications Framework of the Republic of Serbia, Bill on Textbooks, Bill on School Inspection, Bill on Electronic Government and the Bill on National Spatial Data Infrastructure.
Of the 137 amendments submitted to the Bill on Textbooks the Committee rejected the amendments to articles 22, 24 and 26 as incomplete and found the amendments to articles 43, 44 and 45 to be non-compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia. The Committee found the rest of the amendments to comply with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee found all 35 of the amendments submitted to the Bill on School Inspection to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
Of the 133 amendments submitted to the Bill on Electronic Government the Committee found the amendments submitted to articles 46 and 47 to be non-compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia. The Committee members found the rest of the amendments to comply with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee members found all 49 of the amendments submitted to the Bill on National Spatial Data Infrastructure to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Aleksandra Majkic, Vesna Markovic, Nedjo Jovanovic, Vesna Nikolic Vukajlovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Srbislav Filipovic, Elvira Kovacs, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic and Petar Petrovic.
