5th session of the Privatisation Committee
The session of the Privatisation Committee held on 15 March saw the discussion of a complaint lodged by the Consortium of Employees of the Zupa Chemical Factory Public Enterprise, from Krusevac, against the procedure carried out in the privatisation of the company, as well as the Information of the Ministry of Economy on the privatisation of Zupa.
The session of the Privatisation Committee held on 15 March saw the discussion of a complaint lodged by the Consortium of Employees of the Zupa Chemical Factory Public Enterprise, from Krusevac, against the procedure carried out in the privatisation of the company, as well as the Information of the Ministry of Economy on the privatisation of Zupa. The Committee also discussed a complaint lodged by the Independent Trade Union Organisation of Beogradska pekarska Industrija (BPI), a bread and pastry producer, against the procedure carried out in the privatisation of BPI, and the Information of the Privatisation Agency on the procedure carried out in the privatisation of BPI. Members of the Committee also considered a complaint lodged by the managing director of Belgrade-based 14. decembar - Grejanje Public Enterprise requesting that the procedure used in the privatisation of that company should be scrutinised, as well as the Information of the Privatisation Agency on the procedure carried out in the privatisation of the company.
The session was chaired by Milko Stimac, chairman of the Committee.
