5th session of the Finance Committee
The fifth session of the Finance Committee was held at 3.30 p.m. on 26 February 2004. The session was chaired by Nenad Bogdanovic, and attended by Bozidar Djelic, Minister of Finance and Economy.

The session finished discussing the Information of the Ministry of Finance and Economy on the preparation of the 2004 budget and problems relating to interim financing ending on 31 March 2004, as well as the Information on the public debt of the Republic of Serbia, on loans and obligations towards foreign creditors and on accords reached with the World Bank and other financial institutions.
The Committee discussed the Report of the Public Procurement Directorate for 2003 and for the interim financing period in 2004, the Report of the Public Procurement Directorate’s Commission for the Protection of Bidders’ Rights, as well as the Report on measures and activities implemented by the Revenue Service of the Ministry of Finance and Economy under provisions of the Act on the Single-instance Tax on Extra Income Acquired Using Special Privileges from the Act’s coming into force (on 23 June 2001) to 31 December 2003.
