59th session of the Legislative Committee
At its fifty-ninth session, held on 13 December, the Legislative Committee discussed, and assessed as legally possible, the Bill on the Election of Deputies to the Parliament of Serbia and Montenegro, the Railways Bill and the Postal Services Bill.
At its fifty-ninth session, held on 13 December, the Legislative Committee discussed, and assessed as legally possible, the Bill on the Election of Deputies to the Parliament of Serbia and Montenegro, the Railways Bill and the Postal Services Bill.
The Committee discussed five amendments submitted to the Bill on the Election of Deputies to the Parliament of Serbia and Montenegro and ruled that they did not contravene the Constitution and current legislation.
