57th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 6 September, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the Information of the National Assembly Secretary General on measures employed to address the breach of order at the Sixth Special Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2013.
By a majority of votes, the Committee adopted decisions on fines for the measures employed to address the breach of order viz. one reprimand each issued to MPs Zaharije Trnavcevic and Marija Obradovic, and denial of the floor issued to MPs Marko Jaksic and Balsa Bozovic, who was denied the floor twice in the course of the sitting.
The Committee also reviewed and gave a positive opinion to the request of Prof. Dr Dragana Kolaric, Anti-Corruption Agency Board member, as regards assuming another public office.
The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
