At its session held on 6 December 2004, the Legislative Committee assessed an amendment submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia to the Environmental Protection Bill was legally possible.

Members of the Legislative Committee discussed and in principle endorsed the Bill Repealing Certain Acts, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
