55th Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications
At the sitting held on 22 February, the members of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications reviewed the Bill on the Confirmation of the Air Transport Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Turkey, Bill on the Confirmation of the International Road Transport Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Protocol amending and modifying Article 1(a), Article 14(1) and Article 14(3)(b) of the European Agreement of 30 September 1957 concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR), submitted by the Government.
The Bill on the Confirmation of the Air Transport Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Turkey was elaborated by Zoran Ilic, acting assistant minister of construction, transport and infrastructure.
Following a brief debate the Committee members unanimously accepted the Bill on the Confirmation of the Air Transport Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Turkey, submitted by the Government.
The Committee members went on to discuss and unanimously accept the Bill on the Confirmation of the International Road Transport Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, elaborated by Sasa Stojanovic, acting assistant minister of construction, transport and infrastructure.
The Committee also deliberated on the Bill on the Confirmation of the Protocol amending and modifying Article 1(a), Article 14(1) and Article 14(3)(b) of the European Agreement of 30 September 1957 concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR).
The Bill was elaborated by Leposava Sojic, acting assistant minister of construction, transport and infrastructure.
The Committee members unanimously accepted the Bill on the Confirmation of the Protocol amending and modifying Article 1(a), Article 14(1) and Article 14(3)(b) of the European Agreement of 30 September 1957 concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR).
The Committee members went on to review petitions at the proposal of the Committee’s Working Group. Dr Vladimir Orlic presented the Working Group’s report on the civic proposals concerning to the 12 newly-received civic petitions and the proposal for their further handling.
The Committee members adopted the Working Group’s proposal of responses to the civic petitions.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milutin Mrkonjic and attended by Committee members Olivera Pesic, Vuceta Toskovic, Zoran Bojanic, Dragan Aleksic, Zoran Milekic, Dr Vladimir Orlic, Mujo Mukovic and Branka Bosnjak.
