55th Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the sitting held on 7 December 2021, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending considered the Bill on Granting Guarantee of the Republic of Serbia in Favour of Banca Intesa AD Belgrade and Raiffeisen bank a.d. for the Borrowing of Public Company "Srbijagas" Novi Sad under the Loan Agreement to Strengthen Transport Capacities of Gas Pipelines in the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Government.
The Bill was presented by Dragan Babic of the Ministry of Finance, Public Debt Administration.
The Committee unanimously accepted the Bill.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairperson Dr Aleksandra Tomic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Zoran Tomic, Ana Carapic, Ana Beloica, Zoltan Pek, Dusko Tarbuk, Zoran Bojanic, Olivera Pesic and Dr Boban Birmancevic.
The Committee unanimously accepted the Bill.
