55th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 16 May, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the amendments submitted to the Railway Bill, Bill on Patients’ Rights, Bill on Protection of Persons with Mental Health Problems and the Proposal of the Decision on the use and participation of the members of the Serbian Armed Forces in the European Union Training Mission Mali (EUTM Mali) in 2013.
The Committee deemed all the submitted amendments compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia, except for the amendment submitted to article 10, paragraph 2 of the Railway Bill. The Committee decided to reject the amendment as it contradicts article 34 of the Constitution.
The sitting was chaired by MA Vladimir Cvijan, Committee Chairman.
