54th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 11 September, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed and by majority vote granted consent to the Anti-Corruption Agency’s request to recruit eight additional staff members.


The Committee members proceeded to give a positive opinion to the request submitted by Anti-Corruption Agency member Dragan Mitrovic to assume another public office.

The Committee also reviewed and gave a positive opinion to the request submitted by MP Slavica Zivkovic to take on additional employment.

In the course of the sitting, the Committee reviewed and adopted a certificate ascertaining the right to monthly cost compensation for apartment lease in Belgrade and compensation for living separately from the family as per the request submitted by MP Predrag Jelenkovic.

Finally, the Committee members reviewed the Report of the Diocese of Raska-Prizren Board of Directors on the funds deposited into the account of the Diocese of Raska-Prizren in aid of soup kitchens in Kosovo-Metohija pursuant to the decision on channelling funds from the National Assembly Solidarity Fund.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Branimir Jovanovic, Momo Colakovic, Veroljub Matic, Milorad Mircic, Aleksandra Jerkov, Petar Petrovic, Aleksandar Markovic, Dr Dragana Barisic, Jelena Mijatovic, Dr Darko Laketic, Goran Nikolic and Branka Stamenkovic.
