53rd session of the Legislative Committee

At the Committee’s session held on 26 November 2004, members of the Legislative Committee of the National Assembly discussed and in principle endorsed the Forest Tree Seed Material Bill, the Bill Modifying the Publication Act, the Electronic Signature Bill and the Bill on the Citizenship of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.


At the Committee’s session held on 26 November 2004, members of the Legislative Committee of the National Assembly discussed and in principle endorsed the Forest Tree Seed Material Bill, the Bill Modifying the Publication Act, the Electronic Signature Bill and the Bill on the Citizenship of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.

The Legislative Committee considered amendments submitted to the Bills, and ruled that all, save for an amendment submitted to the Bill on the Citizenship of the Republic of Serbia, were legally possible.
