53rd Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 18 November, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the bills on the agenda for the Eighth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2014.

The Committee found the Bill on Protection of Whistleblowers, Bill on the Confirmation of the Extradition Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bill on Protection and Sustainable Use of the Fish Stock, Bill on Financing and Securing Funds for Agricultural Production, Bill on the Confirmation of the Protocol on Flood Protection to the Framework Agreement on the Sava River Basin, Bill on the Confirmation of the Second Amendment to the Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites (EUMETSAT), Bill on Employment of Foreigners and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Russian Federation on the Status of Serbian Military Memorials on the Territory of the Russian Federation and Russian Military Memorials on the Territory of the Republic of Serbia, all submitted by the Government, compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
