50th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting held on 9 October, the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government discussed and accepted the Proposal of the Decision on the Termination of Office of President of Cacak Commercial Court, submitted by the High Judicial Council, as well as the Proposal of the Decision on the election of judges to judicial office for the first time, also submitted by the High Judicial Council (on 11 September 2015).
The Committee then proceeded to establish the four-member delegation comprising members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government, Committee on Human and Minority Rights and Gender Equality and the European Integration Committee to take part in the seminar on The Ombudsman’s Role in Modern Parliamentary Democracy: A Regional Perspective in Brussels.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Petar Petrovic.
