At its fourth session, the Board of Inquiry took depositions from three people summoned to testify on circumstances they were aware of relating to the trade of electrical energy as well as financial- and banking-related offences linked to it.

The session was held on 11 March, and was chaired by Aleksandar Vucic, chairman of the Board.

Dimitrije Vukcevic, former CEO of NIS, Serbia’s national oil corporation, Pavle Vuckovic, acting NIS CEO, and Milisav Djurica, chairman of NIS’s Supervisory Board gave their depositions and answered questions posed by the Board of Inquiry at the session.

The Board of Inquiry continues to work at 3 p.m. on Friday 12 March.
