48th Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending

At the sitting held on 10 July, the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending discussed the Accounting Bill, in detail. The Committee accepted none of the 15 amendments the MPs had submitted, which the Government did not accept either.


The Committee submitted eight amendments of its own to the Bill, which were accepted by a majority of Committee members’ votes.
The Committee also discussed the Auditing Bill in detail and accepted none of the five amendments submitted, which were not accepted by the Government either.
The Committee went on to discuss the Factoring Bill in detail and accepted none of the 15 amendments submitted.
The Committee accepted none of the nine amendments submitted to the Bill on the Assumption of Obligations of Roads of Serbia Public Enterprise toward Joint Stock Companies arising from Unsettled Debts and Transforming Said Obligations into the Public Debt of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Vesna Kovac, Committee Chairperson.
