47th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 3 June, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the resignation tendered to the post of MP by Milica Delevic.
The Committee unanimously decided to propose that the National Assembly note the termination of the MP’s term of office.
The Committee reviewed the Information of the National Assembly Secretary General on the reprimand issued to maintain the order at the Fourth Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2013. By a majority of votes, the Committee decided to fine MP Ljuban Panic for the one reprimand each issued to him for the breach of order.
The Committee reviewed the request made by Minister of Education, Science and Technological Development Zarko Obradovic to take up another public office and gave a positive opinion.
The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
