46th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 24 November 2021, the members of Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered the Decision of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of an MP’s term of office for the purpose of filling a vacant seat at the National Assembly.

The Committee noted that the termination of the term of office of MP Academician Muamer Zukorlic, elected from the Academician Muamer Zukorlic – Straight Ahead – Justice and Reconciliation Party (SPP) – Democratic Party of Macedonians (DPM) Electoral List, has left a vacant seat at the National Assembly, in line with Article 88 of the Law on the Election of MPs.

The Committee proposed that the National Assembly note the verification of the term of office of newly-elected MP Ameli Lukac Zoranic from the same Electoral List, immediately after the reception of the report.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Zeljko Tomic, Luka Kebara, Dr Nina Pavicevic, Branimir Spasic, Miroslav Kondic, Viktor Jevtovic, Branimir Jovanovic, Veroljub Matic, Adam Sukalo, Nebojsa Bakarec and Ivana Nikolic.
