46th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 17 May, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed, in order to grant its consent, the Decision on the work of the Support Service of the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection and the Rulebook on the Internal Organisation and Job Systematisation at the Support Service of the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
The proposed acts were elaborated by Rodoljub Sabic, Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, and the Committee granted its consent to both acts by a majority of votes.
The Committee reviewed the Information of the National Assembly Secretary General on reprimands issued to maintain the order at the Second Special Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2013. By a majority of votes, the Committee decided to fine MPs Miodrag Nikolic and Milica Radevic for the one reprimand each issued to them for the breach of order.
The Committee reviewed the request made by MP Nikola Jovanovic to take up a second job and gave a positive opinion.
The Committee established the list for A-I and A-II parking stickers.
The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
