At its forty-fifth session, held on 2 November, the Justice and Administration Committee discussed notices on reasons for the dismissal of municipal court judges.

The Committee drafted proposals of decisions on the termination of judicial office of judges of courts of general competence and forwarded them to the National Assembly for further deliberation.
