The bills were presented by State Secretary at the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications Vesna Kovac and associates, after which the Committee members accepted them in principle.

Committee Chairperson Snezana B. Petrovic informed the Committee members that National Assembly Speaker Maja Gojkovic had issued a public call for the election of President and three members of the Council of the Commission for Protection of Competition.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Snezana B. Petrovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Aleksandra Tomic, Stanislava Janosevic, Studenka Kovacevic, Gorica Gajic, Jelena Mijatovic, Zoran Bojanic, Snezana R. Petrovic, Snezana Paunovic, Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic and Ana Carapic.
