44th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 4 March, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues granted consent to the Rulebook amending and modifying the Rulebook on Internal Organisation and Job Systematisation at the National Assembly Support Service.
The reasons for the amendments and modifications to the Rulebook were explained by National Assembly Secretary General Jana Ljubicic. She said the amendments would help improve and modernise the functioning of the National Assembly Support Service and provide better support for the needs of the National Assembly, its working bodies and the MPs. The Secretary General explained that the Human Resources Department had analysed the needs of the National Assembly and suggested the reshuffling of the existing staff into different positions so as to boost the efficiency of the parliament’s support services.
The Committee then reviewed the resignation tendered to the post of assistant secretary general of the National Assembly – National Assembly Facilities Maintenance Sector Chief by Milan Brzakovic and adopted the termination documents.
