43rd session of the Finance Committee
At its session held on 28 November 2005, the Finance Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia discussed amendments submitted to the Bill on the Budget of the Republic of Serbia for 2006, with its accompanying Memorandum on the Budget and Economic and Fiscal Policy for 2006, projections for 2007 and 2008, and proposals of decisions granting consent to financial plans for 2006 of the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Employees, the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Farmers, the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Private Entrepreneurs, the Republic Health Insurance Agency, and the National Employment Service.
At its session held on 28 November 2005, the Finance Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia discussed amendments submitted to the Bill on the Budget of the Republic of Serbia for 2006, with its accompanying Memorandum on the Budget and Economic and Fiscal Policy for 2006, projections for 2007 and 2008, and proposals of decisions granting consent to financial plans for 2006 of the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Employees, the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Farmers, the Republic Fund for Pension and Disability Insurance of Private Entrepreneurs, the Republic Health Insurance Agency, and the National Employment Service. Of a total of 43 amendments submitted to the Budget Bill, the Committee endorsed 11, and gave its backing to the Bill in its entirety.
Twenty-eight amendments had been submitted to the Bill on the Prevention of Money Laundering; the Committee endorsed 13, and gave its backing to the Bill in its entirety.
The Finance Committee did not endorse any of the 155 amendments submitted to the Banks Bill.
The session was chaired by the Finance Committee’s vice-chairman, Radojko Obradovic.
