43rd Sitting of the Foreign Affairs Committee
The 43rd sitting of the Foreign Affairs Committee held on 24 May 2018, was closed to the public at the request of one third of the Committee members.
The Committee also reviewed the Bill on the Confirmation of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Australia on Employment of Family Members of Diplomatic or Consular Staff.
The Committee members adopted a number of initiatives for visits and reports on visits realised and noted the regular activities of the National Assembly’s standing delegations and minutes on other realized contacts.
The Committee also establish a Parliamentary Friendship Group with Ghana and elected MA Igor Becic to head it.
The Committee members noted the changes in the composition of the with Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Greece, India, Iraq, China, Cuba, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Russia, Tunisia, Turkey, Switzerland, Spain and France.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Prof. Dr Zarko Obradovic.
