The Committee members found that, out of the 13 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Republic of Serbia 2014 Budget Law, with its accompanying Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Decision amending and modifying the Republic Pension and Disability Insurance Fund 2014 Financial Plan, Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Decision modifying the Republic Health Insurance Fund 2014 Financial Plan, Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Decision modifying the National Employment Service 2014 Financial Plan and the Proposal of the Decision granting consent to the Decision modifying the Fund for Social Insurance of Military Insured 2014 Financial Plan, 11 were compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia, while two were found not to comply with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee members went on to ascertain that out of the 39 amendments submitted to the Bill on temporary regulation of salary i.e. wages and other steady income calculation and payment bases of public fund users, 38 complied with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia, while one did not to comply with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee members then proceeded to review the amendments submitted to the Bill on temporary regulation of pension payment and found all 20 of them compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
