Professor Dr Dragor Hiber, chairman of the Committee on Justice and Administration of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia for Tuesday 18 March, beginning at 9 a.m. The following agenda was proposed for the session:

1. Debate on the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Ordering of Courts, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia;

2. Debate on the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Seats and Areas of Jurisdiction of Courts and Public ProsecutorsÆ Offices, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia;

3. Debate on the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Organisation and Compentencies of State Bodies in Combating Organised Crime, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia;

4. Debate on the Proposal of a Decision on the Termination of Office of Certain Public Prosecutors, submitted by the High Judicial Council;

5. Debate on the Proposal of a Decision on Judges Whose Office was Terminated by Law, submitted by the Ministry of Justice.
