41st Sitting of the Committee on Labour, Social Issues, Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction

At the sitting held on 3 December, the members of the Committee on Labour, Social Issues, Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance in detail.

Of the 37 amendments submitted to the Bill, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues had rejected two at yesterday’s sitting. The Government had submitted two amendments to Article 18 and Article 42, which the Committee accepted. The Government and the Committee accepted the amendment submitted to Article 34 by MP Milanka Jevtovic Vukojicic.

The Government and the Committee proposed that the National Assembly reject the remaining 32 amendments.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Milanka Jevtovic Vukojicic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dragan Savkic, Josip Broz, Prim. Dr Branimir Rancic, Filip Stojanovic, Slavica Zivkovic, Radovan Jancic, Prim. Dr Vlado Babic and Milena Corilic.
