41st Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 2 March 2018, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the Ombudsman’s Proposal for the determination of maximum number of full-time employees in the Ombudsman’s Support Service for 2018.


The Ombudsman’s Proposal for the determination of maximum number of full-time employees in the Ombudsman’s Support Service for 2018 was presented by a representative of the Ombudsman who said that as per the Rulebook on Internal Organisation and Job Systematisation at the Ombudsman’s Support Service the service should have 106 employees and asked the Committee to ascertain the aforementioned number for 2018.

By majority vote, the Committee members decided that the maximum number of full-time employees in the Ombudsman’s Support Service for 2018 should be 106.

The Committee went on to review and give a positive opinion to the request submitted by MP Vladimir Djukanovic to assume another public office. It also to reviewed and gave a positive opinion to the requests submitted by Snezana Badjic Stamenov, judge at the Basic Court in Negotin, and Dragana Lekic Jovic, judge at the Misdemeanour Court in Negotin to take on another post.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Dragana Barisic, Stefana Miladinovic, Branimir Jovanovic, Dr Darko Laketic, Veroljub Matic, MA Aleksandra Jerkov, Marko Zeljug, Petar Petrovic, Branka Stamenkovic and Aleksandar Markovic.

The sitting was also attended by MP Dr Vladimir Orlic.
