40th session of the Legislative Committee
The fortieth session of the Legislative Committee was held on 13 October 2004, and was chaired by the Committee’s chairman, Milos Aligrudic.
The fortieth session of the Legislative Committee was held on 13 October 2004, and was chaired by the Committee’s chairman, Milos Aligrudic.
The Committee discussed and adopted, in principle, the Bill Modifying the Act on the Budget of the Republic of Serbia for 2004.
The session also discussed amendments submitted to the Bill on Free Access to Information of Public Importance, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia. The Committee ruled that 37 out of the 38 amendments submitted were legally possible.
