40th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting held on 17 December, the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government discussed the Proposal of the Decision on the election of judges elected to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council. It was proposed that Ana Jacimovic and Ljubica Marinkovic be elected judges of the Misdemeanour Court in Negotin.
The Committee members went on to discuss the Information on civic petitions submitted to the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government in the period June 2012 – October 2013. It was concluded that the members of the Working Group should prepare an opinion on the submitted petitions and brief the Committee by the end of the year.
The sitting was chaired by Petar Petrovic, Committee Chairman.
