40th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 21 October, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the bills proposed for the agenda of the Fourth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2014.
The Committee members found the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Privatisation Agency, Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Right to Free Shares and Financial Compensation to the Citizens in the Privatization Process, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Investment Funds and the Bill on Determining Public Interest and Special Procedures of Expropriation and Acquisition of Documentation for the Realisation of the Construction of the 400 kV Electrical Power Transmission System “Trans-Balkan Corridor – Stage One”, submitted by the Government, compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
