3rd session of the Board of Inquiry Charged with Ascertaining Facts and Circumstances Relating to the Trade of Electrical Energy as well as Financial- and Banking-related Offences Linked to Such TradeAt its third session, the Board of Inquiry took depositions from three people on circumstances they were aware of relating to the trade of electrical energy as well as financial- and banking-related offences linked to it.

At its third session, the Board of Inquiry took depositions from three people on circumstances they were aware of relating to the trade of electrical energy as well as financial- and banking-related offences linked to it.

The session was held on 10 March, and was chaired by Aleksandar Vucic, chairman of the Board.

Depositions were given by Kori Udovicki, former minister of mining and energy and former Governor of the National Bank of Serbia, Slobodan Ruzic, deputy minister of mining and energy in the previous Government of the Republic of Serbia, and Lazar Ponorac, deputy general manager of NIS, Serbia’s state-owned oil corporation.

Kori Udovicki, Slobodan Ruzic and Lazar Ponorac also answered questions posed by the chairman and members of the Board of Inquiry.

The Board of Inquiry continues work at 3 p.m. on Thursday 11 March.
